The Goal:

Modernizing a complex AI data brand through scalable marketing systems, technical visualization, and global event strategy.

The Challenge: Visualizing the "Invisible"

Trifacta operated in the highly technical "Data Wrangling" space. The existing brand was functional but lacked the premium, modern aesthetic required to compete for enterprise-level AI contracts.

  • The Clarity Gap: Complex data architectures and AI workflows were difficult for non-technical stakeholders to grasp.

  • System Fragmentation: Marketing assets were being created ad-hoc, leading to a lack of visual cohesion across white papers, ads, and event booths.

  • The "Update" Need: The brand guide needed a visual evolution to feel as cutting-edge as the machine-learning product it represented.

The Strategy: A System-First Design Evolution

I didn't just design templates; I built a Visual Component Library for the marketing and sales teams. This ensured that every touchpoint, from a LinkedIn ad to a 20-foot conference booth, felt like it belonged to the same ecosystem.

1. Technical Visual Storytelling

I specialized in translating "abstract" data flows into Customer-Facing Architectures.

  • The Solution: Created a standardized library of icons, connectors, and "wrangling" metaphors.

  • The Impact: These diagrams became the "hero" assets for technical white papers and solution briefs, bridging the gap between engineering and the C-suite.

2. Scalable Asset Ecosystem

I architected a full suite of high-performance templates for the global marketing team.

  • The Deliverables: Data sheets, white papers, E-books, and presentation decks.

  • Efficiency Gain: By supplying plug-and-play templates, I enabled the marketing team to deploy new campaigns 40% faster while maintaining 100% brand consistency.

3. Environmental & Event Design

Trifacta needed a massive presence at global tech conferences (like AWS re:Invent).

  • The Solution: Designed large-scale environmental graphics for conference booths and supporting collateral.

  • The Result: A unified brand presence that translated the digital wrangling experience into a physical, high-impact environment.

By building on the existing guide but pushing the boundaries of typography, color application, and data viz, I created a growth-ready brand.

  • Global Collaboration: Acted as the design lead for the global marketing team, ensuring that international assets felt localized yet brand-aligned.
